Ok, need some insight. I’ve replaced all carbs with all brand new rebuilt kits, new coils, plugs, elect primer, CDI box, all new plugs, completely new everything for fuel delivery. Bought seafoam to take care of carbon build up, which brought all cylinders up to 150 psi on #1,2 and 145psi on #3. Runs great at all speeds and idles fine. My issue is for some reason #3 is fouling the plug extremely fast. All jets in the carbs are 56D, it just seems #3 is seeing a massive amount of fuel compared to the other 2carbs. I’ve tried testing coils all check out fine, thought maybe a bad plug with the same result within a single day of running. Noticed at the bottom of the intake carb cover seems like excess fuel pooling in the cowl. Yes #3 does have spark across a .30 gap. Any suggestions or point me in the right direction would greatly help!

Are you sure the float in the carb is not sticking? Also, check the reeds behind that carb. It has been known to suck a carb bolt and other assorted things into it. You can shine a flashlight in there when you have the carb off.

I second checking the floats. Also I believe the 75 has an adjustable carb.
