i have this motor on a bayliner capri-16ft- someone told me the pee hole is under the water near the exhaust port?? what should i be looking for? also i would like to troll and fish with this boat but worried about overheating at low speeds?? any ideas? it doesn't look like there is enough room for a kicker motor-how about trolling plates?? thanks for any help!!
<br />I just wish they wern't so high-priced. Another option is the bow or gator mounted TM. They werk fine,provided you are not alone, or have remote.<br /><br />Your Force has no telltale persay..It should be emitting a spray of exaust and water out of the ports,and the rest of this exaust exits under the cav plate by the prop.<br />Outboards need a dash-mounted temp or PSI gauge,as well as the high temp alarm.<br />But the high temp alarm just tells you "UH-OH",and that is told too late sometimes.
