Welcome ree!!<br />Depending on the controls you have, any BRP dealer will have or get you the switch. You can bypass it by disconnecting in the control assy (NOT RECOMMENDED). If you do not have the lanyard attached, the motor should shut off completely if it is wired correctly. Best bet is to replace it if defective.<br />Good luck
