Hail and Happy Thanksgiving to all state- side members! To all others happy Thursday!Well, I've gone and done it.I haven't owned anything but "rudes" for about 20 years, but a 1983 Tracker followed me home from an auction this week. It has a very clean 50 hp
Merc, serial # 6308365. I know the codes for OMC, but am stumped for "Black Angel" motors. Someone cut the bilge pump wires and I'm more than a little cautious about frying something upon rehooking all those wires. It
has t-n-t and those wires are hanging also.
Can a factory manual be purchased for these
motors or will I have to make do with the aftermarket version. I really need a good wiring diagram. This will, I hope, become my fresh water rig.

p.s. Yes this was a "Pig in a Poke" purchase. It towed home and that's about all I know about it.

I do not know about the Seloc manual, but the Clymer has a section on wiring and T+T systems.
It will at minimum, keep you safe from a meltdown :)

Hi Tarpon Bob!

Just a little caution when buying manual.
My 1979 Seloc manual has diagnostics for t'n't but no schematic. That sucks....I'd browse the manuals first before deciding...
