Working on 15HP Johnson from 1984. There is a lot of play in the throttle on the tiler handle. It moves a lot before it gives it gas. I've checked the teeth on the gears and they are all there. Are there any adjustments I can make? It is also hard to turn the handle. Thanks for your expert help!!
