My engine seems to get flooded easily where it wont start. At times it will run for about 20 minutes before bogging down and again acting as if flooded. I am getting a spark and fuel. Starting fluid doesnt seem to produce anything. I am guessing an enrichment valve / primer selenoid?

Take the plugs out. Do a compression test 1st. Do an open air gap spark test with appropriate tester 2nd. After that squeeze bulb until firm. Continue squeezing gently, does the bulb continue to depress? If so tilt motor slightly so carb throats are on an angle. Is fuel no running out the carb? Replace float, needle, and seat if so.

^^also think it's an ignition issue. By measuring spark, you are testing ignition output.

The compression was 120's. Spark and timing were checked. Carbs were repaired. I bought a priming selenoid repair kit today. Not sure if its dumping too much gas and flooding it? Thanks Guys

True. But only a couple of days -- maybe he'll circle back.
