1984 75HP no spark/won’t crank

75 HP Mecury outboard. Just purchased this boat and engine. So far I have Replaced trigger switch due to bad wiring. Motor will spin over, but will not fire/spark. What could be the issue? It is a 4 cylinder serial number is 6559264.

Checked the kill switch ?-----" no money spent " tests to do.------Get battery load tested.-----Take starter apart for inspection.-----Inspect battery cables.---Test stator coils.
