1984 Chrysler 50HP / need tiller arm

I have 50 hp in the shed that does not have a tiller arm. It has cables and a two lever control box (gear/throttle). Also an electrical cable for the battery hook up.<br />Can this motor be converted to work on a zodiak ?<br />Do they make tiller arms & a recoil starter that can be added as after market parts?<br />Thanks for any info
