1984 Evinrude 40 hp - won't start - no spark

New to this site. 1994 Manitou with Evinrude 40 hp Model E40TLEOD

Pontoon ran fine all last year and stored for winter. Trying to start today and get no spark. Battery at full charge and turns over good. New gas and changed plugs.

FAQ says to troubleshoot igintion system. Is there a "how to" on this forum for troubleshooting ignition? Searched forum could not find.
