1984 Mercury 200 no power can't raise to get on trailer

had full power outage on boat, battery good and fluid in hydraulic system good. Could not raise the motor to get on trailer. is there an "emergency switch" to release that will permit me to raise motor by hand?<br />Thanks

Frick, There's a manual release valve on the trim pump.
