My mercury outboard is not right. It looks like a aftermarket push in to choke/on/off. definatly not OEM. anyways, i have no idea of how to wire this engine correctly but when i bought it, i really didn't check all of its features. When i push the key in, no click. the solenoid could be broken, or its not even hooked up? also there is a blue wire at the end running off that is connected to one of the 6 connecting points on the key start. but it is just hanging around the back of the boat not connected to anything. When i turn the key to try to turn the motor off, i get nothing. All i want is for the electric choke to work because taking off a 3 part cowl is very annoying every time to manually choke the motor

IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME OUT, THAT WOULD BE GREAT. ALL I NEED IS TO BE ABLE TO CHOKE THE MOTOR FROM THE CAPTAINS SEAT, AND THE MOTOR TO BE ABLE TO BE SHUT OFF FROM THE KEY SYSTEM.

THANKS!!
