1984 tilt tube

I am having a tough time with the tilt tube on a 1984 115 evinrude. Badly rusted from salt so I cut out the center...starboard side popped out but the port side is being a pain. Wont budge.

Heat is your friend, just becareful not to get the transom clamp to hot (don't melt it). They can be a son of a gun to get out.
