1985 140hp johnson idel problem soo fast 1100-1200

Hi,

I just buy and rebuilt my 1985 Johnson 140hp but the idel was fast around 1100-1200rpm i searching the problem and change inner fuel hose between the vro pump and filter, i remove carburator and intake, not find nothing i run in water and he run fast at idel, and the idel screw was at zéro. did you have some idea?? Thanksssss a lots

Do a link and sync and make sure the butterflies are completely closed on the carbs.

Ok i looking this today! And give come back! I possibely miss somethings there, at first view it’s looking closed but i try to removed sync and check the gap today.

I sync my butterflies, but he run fast! ;-(
I change my plugs for 4 new ones, QL77JC4 but he run always really fast!
