1985 200hp OMC Seadrive Timing and compression

I have a 1985 200hp OMC Seadrive crossflow model# 1CBXCOM. I would like to know what the timing should be set at, currently set at 20.<br />Also what would the compression be on this engine? Mine is 90-94 on all cyl.<br /><br />Thanks in advance<br />Steve<br /><br />By the way, great forum!!!

By the way, I do have a manual but it says "refer the timing decal on engine", I don't have a decal.
