1985 235 Johnson weird compression

I just got a older boat with an old motor. Before I got the boat he said the magnates on the flywheel were falling off and wouldn’t start. I mainly wanted the hull so no worries. But when I checked the compression the left 3 cylinders were 81-84 and the right 3 were 30-34 which is very weird I thought. Do you think I should put another flywheel and try to run it to see if the compression will change. It’s a 1985 235 johnson

Well-----------You have a bad compression tester or a motor that need to be rebuilt .----Pull the right cylinder head off and see what pistons look like !
