I was cruising along when all of the sudden the motor got rough and slowed down, didnt stall. I tried new points, no help. Could the fuel filter be dirty? 1985 Sea Sprite Buick 3.7l 185Hp

sudden onset like that i allways do filter/seperator first. but i live in a rainforest. 160"+ of rain a year.
