not sure where to start trouble shooting it started when i tried to back the boat off the trailer ran high RPMs it came off but then i got on the maine river and it would only go slow when i tried getting on it it would have high rpms but it wouldnt move so i would back down on the throttle and it would go. Slow but it would go does anyone have a answer to my problem thought it was shear pin but it doesnt look like it has a shear pin
