1985 60 Mercury ?HELP

Found an old 1985 60hp Mercury outboard for sale on an old runabout. I dont think it has power trim, but it does run ok. NADA value on it is $250 or so, but the guy wants $600. Is the NADA a pretty good standard for older outboards?

Also, I am in need of a tiller handle and power tilt and trim for it as well. How hard is it to find that stuff?

Nada is usually quite low on outboards. The best thing to do is some searching to see what they are going for in your area.
