1985 60hp yamaha carb adjusment????

Hi guys has anybody got any ideas, I ahve a 1985 60hp motor and it is running rough I have checked the spark and there was good spark at all 3 plugs, I feel that it could be carbs I just have no idea how to go about setting or adjusting them so need help.
Any ideas?
