1985 Black Max 175 -- replace one powerpack or both???

Recently lost spark to cylinder bank 2/4/6. Swapped power pack wires and problem switched to bank 1/3/5. The old dead power pack is "solid black" with numbers 332-7778 stamped on back side. Question is whether to replace both power packs or just the dead one??? (If I don't replace both, can the brand new power pack be damaged as a result?).

IMOHO I would replace both as the replacement is going to be a much higher rev level.
