Decal on the motor says 100:1

No, 50:1.

Tech bulletin issued recommending dealers remove that 100:1 and recomme ded 50:1

If it was run w 100:1 and left unused/non-running, the 100:1 didnt offer enough long term protection.

Mixing at 100:1 was a board room decision to try and recoup lost sales to brands that run on 100:1.--------Run that motor at 50:1 and for most folks you will be giving that motor to the grand kids.-----They are a wonderful / simple / easy to maintain motor.
