1985 Johnson 9.9hp Carb Rebuild Question

I just bought a 1985 Johnson 9.9 the other day in need of a carb kit. I was wondering what is the starting point on the idle adjustment(how many truns out as a starting point.Also looking for a factory service manual. Where can I get one?( No aftermarket ones)...Oh it has 8% leak down on the cylinders. Is that good,fair or bad?Please help..

Low speed mixture needle is typically about 1-1/2 turns out from closed as a starting setting.

Less than 10% leakdown is acceptable.

I looked on ebay for a factory service manual no luck.Where is a good place to find a factory service manual...Thanks for the replies guy's
