1985 Merc 115 6 inline runs rough until warm

Runs like only 4 or 5 cylinders are firing until it warms up( 15 minutes or so) then breaks wide open, runs great after [/LIST] that, never does it again all day. starts by just touching the key. Anyone else come across this?

Fishheadz,<br /> Check to see if a thermostat is installed on the head.If not,put one in.Sounds like its not warming up fast enough.
