do i need to pull out drive before i can pull motor out to replace oil pan?

What drive is that? Stringer or Cobra?

it says cobra on it.. with that known, what i need to pull of the out drive to pull motor or can i leave out drive on and still pull motor? and does anyone know where i can get a oil pan for this motor?
