Here is a little bit of background on the motor it sat for a long time without being run. When i first got the boat i took the carb off and cleaned it out real good it was real gummed up sprayed out the lines and replaced the primer bulb and fuel line. i started the motor and it ran good even idled. the other day i got to go out and really give it a good run around the lake. by the way it is elec start and console driven. after about 10 or 15 min i cut the motor off and when i started it back up it didnt want to take throttle it stalled it did this a time or two then i tried to start it and give it wot and it picked up and ran good it did this several times and i did the wot thing and it would either go or stall. then i decided to adjust the low speed needle a little bit . i did that and it helped a lot but it still has a little bit of a stumble when you get into the throttle. after it stumbles and you give it more throttle it picks up and goes good just wondering how to solve this thanks guys .

What do the plugs look like? Have you checked for a bright blue spark? Compression OK?

when it runs good it runs really good so i would say its prob not those it does smoke a little at idle but that could be just running a little rich

I guess I misread your post. Are you saying that it idles OK and high speed is OK, but the transition from low to high speed is where the problwm is? If so I beleave your carb has a series of small holes in the bore behind the throttle plate, might be able to hold the throttle plate open and see them from the front. Make sure these holes are clean. When you over hauled the carb did you remove the small core plugs and make sure passages were clean?
