Long story short, I remounted this 75 after 6 years of it being off the boat, I winterized it, garage kept on stand, and I am sure it is all reconneted right. Turns over great, but no spark on a tester? Second issue when the lower unit is in neutral, shouldn't the prop spin free. it turns when the engine cranks.....I am at a lose on this one? This engine was flawlees when it was put away.......any thoughts?
