1986 85 hp Force Tell Tale

I just picked up a used bass boat and found the instructions on here for installing a tell tale, which is great.

My question is about the size of hose to use. I picked up the 1/4 plug with a 1/4 barb to put the line on. This 1/4 ID fuel line seems big though, no back pressure needed on this? I'm wondering if I need to restrict the hose down to 1/8 or something??

Any help is appreciated.

look at the FAQ section at the top of the Force forum, there is a section on telltales there, all the info and pictures you will need...

Sorry, I hadn't seen passed the first page. Now I see there are 9 pages in that thread and it answers my question.
