Which parts are you referring to? 86~87 is actually the transition period between the Motorola and Prestolite ignition systems, so if it is something electrical the answer to your question is probably no. However, if you are referring to mechanical parts, then the answer is probably yes.

In or around 1979, Chrysler designed the one piece lower unit which your Force engines have. They still used the Motorola distributor ignition for a couple of years. I think it was around 1982 that Chrysler installed the better Prestolite ignition. Certainly by 1984 When Chrysler was forced to divest its marine business and sold to Brunswick it was using the Prestolite ignition.. For about 2 years Brunswick produced Force engines in white making no changes except the decals.

Certainly, everything on the 86 and 87 years is swappable. If one is white and the other is dark blue, (I don't pay attention to the years and colors) you can even swap the cowlings. The blue hood is much larger though and must use a blue cowl. Lower units are exactly the same and use the same water pump. All internal parts are the same and can be swapped. In short, for those years you can use everything.

In 87 they went to the blue paint and different style cover.
The parts will all change over except the ignition. The covers won't work.
Like mitzyman said the connectors on the 86 and older were the plug in type.
They can be used, you just need to adapt the leads. The flywheel is the same
The carbs and intake and lower are the same.
