1986 Bayliner SunBridge

I have a 1986 Bayliner SunBridge.. 22.5 ft long. I am looking for a part name/number. On the Port side rear of the boat there is what I can only call an Air-Cowling that forces air into the engine compartment. I need to replace this, either with OEM part or after market. Does anyone "happen to have" the part number or know where I can get an aftermarket part.

Sadly the vent is gone.. hence the need for replacement... I think I can come up with a picture of the hole.... or should I get measurements on the hole..?

Ok.. here is part of a picture I grabbed off of my phone. This is of the starboard sides exhaust vent. Intake is probably about the same but oposite.. hope this helps.
