1986 evinrude 140hp Deep Creep?

If I shoot Deep Creep into the throat of the carbs will this clean them up? My motor wont run. It starts sometimes and revs real loud for about 6 secs. Then it shuts off.

No, In order to clean the carburetors, they must be removed, completely dismantled, thoroughly cleaned, and rebuilt using complete kits.

Spraying anything ito them is simply shooting the substance thru the carb throats into the intake manifold..

Then it shuts off. Sometime idles for 5 to 6 seconds.

Like Joe said....time to remove carbs, clean thoroughly with some aerosol carb cleaner and install carb kits. Really not very hard. Just follow the steps in the manual.
