I unplugged wiring to install boots on steering and wiring harness holes on transom side of boat because of it taking in water. Seemed simple enough. Everything was fine prior to me doing this pertaining to tilt and trim. Now nothing. I checked the up and down button on throttle all the way back to motor and it was good. I can get motor to go up and down manually by jumping it from battery. There's two bosch type 20/30 amp 12v relays @0332204157, a five prong relay that make this system function. Could both just quit at identical times? I tried switching them, no luck. In the black box in motor cover where relay's are located there's two upper black ground wires that are connected. At bottom there's two red hot wires that are connected too. In the center there's the wires that are isolated that operate the up and down of the motor. When I ohms test these there's a leak between them with the relays connected, and none when they're not. Is there a test to determine if these relay's are operational? Any ideas from anyone? I double and triple tested wiring harnesses once I plugged them back in with no issues. Thanks for reading my problem and any help you are willing to give me. I'll let everyone know if and when problem gets fixed. Thank You.....Pete
