1986 Evinrude 4hp Wont Start

I need help with my motor I cleaned the carb and it has good compression but I don’t think it has spark how can I tell?

Engine model is E4BRHLCDE

I was reading other forums and they said the coils have some problems and I was wondering how to get to them

Get a harmonic balancer or steering wheel puller to lift off the flywheel. Coils and points are under the flywheel. Cracked coils need to be replaced even if you have spark.
