1986 evinrude 6hp and carb cleaner

I just bought an evinrude 6hp and I would like to clean the carb (its not that bad at all). Is there anyway to use aresole carb cleaner with out removing the carb from the engine? Also where can I buy new fuel lines?

To clean the internal passages and the high speed orifice you have to remove the carb and disassemble it completely. You can probably get bulk fuel line at your local auto parts store.
