1986 force 125 boging down

I have a 1986 19' Bayliner Capri with 125 force the problem just started. I have a 19 pich prop on it. will run fine for a while and then it will not get up on plane. it runs betwine 30 and 35 mph when running good fule pump has not ben rebuilt. cleaned fule filter was clean. any sugestions would be helpful.

If it won't go on the plane then only 3 cylinders are working. Check coil wire connectors on the spark plugs.
