You can make your own puller. Some guys use a harmonic balancer puller, some adapt a steering wheel puller. I made my own out of 3/8 plate steel drilled to accept three 1/4 in bolts that screw into the flywheel and a center bolt to apply pressure.
When you tighten the puller, (and you really need to bear down on it) slip a bar under the flywheel and pry up while giving the center bolt a good smack with a heavy hammer. May take a couple of tries but when it lets go, it's dramatic.
