1986 J90 V4 Cylinder bore dimentions / tolerances

Please advice if I need to buy new pistons or just buy new rings for my outboard:

MODEL : J90TLCDC
S/N : J7139306
Year : 1986.

THE INSIDE DIAMETER OF CYLINDER (BORE) right now is:
88 mm = 3.46456 " Inch.

Compression is about 105 on three holes and one is 95.
