1986 johnson 110hp spark plug # ?

I bought some champion plugs # L77JC4 can these plugs be used without problems ?
The boat dealer didnt have any QL77JC4 left in stock and said the L77JC4 Would do the trick.?

I guess im ok , ive tried the L77JC4 plugs and the motor seems to run ok.

The "Q" indicates a resistor or suppressor type plug designed to quiet ignition noise etc in ones electronic equipment.
