1986 Proctaft 1750V

I am refurbishing a 1986 procraft. I don't know what the two holes between the seats are for. its driving me crazy. does anyone know what these are for.

You might need to take a new pic from a different angle. Not sure what you're referring to in this one?

Do they go into the bilge? I don't see any deck (floor) drains at the rear corners of the deck. Even though they are a bit high, and you would have to have the bow tilted quite high for them to really drain the deck, like if you took a wave over the bow, that's what they may be. Can't think of another function.

they are up to high to have any real significance to draining. i will post a few more pic that show a better angle. it's driving me crazy. Here is the best part, its not accessible from anywhere else. Maybe is just an accessory that is suppose to fit in the holes.
