Trying to get my new rig up and running and finding nothing but headaches. On the first trial, she ran like a scalded dog... for a hundred yards before running out of fuel! (no vaccum in fuel line- ran a straight hose and lost the connector- easy fix) The next time, she fired right up but stalled when I tried to back her off the trailer. Wouldn't restart- found a blown fuse in the engine. Replaced fuse- she fired back up. Took her back down to the river and she wouldn't start- turns, but no fire in all 3 cylinders. Is there a simple solution that is being overlooked? The engine is a newly converted 1986 Suzuki DT85- which ran great before the conversion. I was told that it might be the CDI unit ($800!) but would like to exhaust all other possibilities. Thanks,

Suzuki DT85 8501 616 075
Big-D
