1986 Suzuki DT85

Having problem engine over heat alarm sounds after 2 to 3 minutes of pushing RPMs. Already replaced Impeller several times. The water outlet intake does shoot out water. What could be problem here if not water pump(impeller)??

The tell tale stream only tells you that the pump is working.
Could be a thermostat problem or if an impeller has failed there could be a blockage. Pull the thermostat and put the cover back and see what you get.

Check waterflow sensor ....
