I have a 1989 brochure that lists the Magnum Express as 4800 lbs, pretty sure that boat changed very little from 86 through 89. When I was seriously looking at those back around 1990 you needed a trailer with tandem (2 axles) to safely haul one of those around.

Hello i just bought a thundercraft 265 temptation and i had called around and asked now it has twin V-6's and it came back @ around 6800LB''sthen i factored in 125 gallons of fuel @ 10LB'S per gl, i found a brand new trailer with tri axle for 5 K CND,$'s good for 11,000LB"S

I got this from a dealer in belleville beacuse the boat has twins in makes it heavier not sure if this is true but it was the only answers i got before i bought my trailer so this is why i bought a tri axle i would take it that the way you asked they gave me a load of you know what !! LOL

Now I need to get serious about finding a brochure, yesterday I purchased my new boat, that being a 1985 Thundercraft Magnum Express in amazing condition! Can't wait for May to get here
