1986 Wellcraft 190 - water trapped in bow

For several years I kept my boat in a large dry storage facility. There was no way to control the angle of the boat while in storage. The boat sat in storage with bow down. So if the boat was put away "wet" after raining water would sit in the front of the boat. Over time the water drain ports got clogged up and now the water gets trapped in the bow.

Any suggestions on clearing the bilge drain ports in the inner hull of my 1986 Wellcraft 190?
