I have had this motor for almost 1 year now, i got it from my grandfather, and it sat for 2 years, i had the carburators rebuilt so that isn't an issue at this time. But my question is when i start the motor it fires right up. But when i start to go out it seems like its just hiccupping, then once it gets out of that issue it runs great until i go back to that stage in the motor again but once it runs for about 15 mins its good for the day, would it be spark plugs?

Those shouldn't be a problem, I had a professional rebuild the carbs so those are in the right position. See it idles fine and runs wide open, just fine, its the area in between that, that is flaky. Its like its hesitating. Could it be the spark plugs need changing?
