I have a 1987 2.2 HP Mercury outboard which I believe was actually made by Suzuki. I have a 1989 2 HP Suzuki that is almost identical except in one critical area. Propellers. I have a source for the Suzuki propellers, but the shaft on the Mercury is just a bit bigger. The Suzuki prop has too small an opening for the mercury shaft, but any number of other small outboard propellers I have are all just a little too big. I have the service manuals, but can't find a spec or actual part number for the prop. Can anyone tell me how to spec the prop so I can look for sources on the Internet, or can anyone actually recommend a source for reasonably priced propellers?
