1987 Evinrude 200 hp water control valve

I have just pulled an old boat out of storage and the water control valve is leaking. I have searched the forum and found this talked about with the instructions on how to use a 1990 70 hp covers, gaskets, and springs. my problem now lies in I can't find these parts anymore . Is there a newer solution or any know where i can find these older parts?

the actual motor is E200STLCUA

All I can say is that computers and the 20 year old ---" order takers " ---are not well versed mechanics or parts experts as to what fits what.
