Compression=good
Spark=good
Fuel=????

Pull the carbs clean em out good. set the adjustment screw to spec. "others here know the specifics and will chime in on that" Then re-try to fire her. I don't think anyone will recommend ether.

Oh..by the way do you smell gas or is any coming out of the carbs?
What starting technique are u using with the choke?

Are the plugs wet when you pull them out? Have you looked at the fuel pump diaphram?

Pull the plugs and put about 1 teaspoonful of pre-mix fuel into each cylinder. This should be enough to flood it. Without priming the carbs, replace the plugs and crank it. After clearing itself, it should start and run out the prime. If it does, check the entire fuel system from tank to carbs.

Pull the plugs and connect them to the wires. Run some wire around the spark plug base and to ground. You can buy a remote starter button from sears or Harbor freight which will let you operate the solinoid from the back of the boat. All you have to do is turn the key on, push the remote starter button and watch the plugs. You should get lots of strong blue sparks.
