Hello, ladies and gentlemen.

I have the above engine and have a question about the wiring for the thunderbolt IV module. I have found a black wire coming off the unit attached to the riser with a circle terminal on the end. I also have found a white and green wire with a circle end that is not attached to anything. The other wires are connected together using a small nut/bolt and taped using electrical tape.

I have searched the interwebs trying find the answer if they need to be together or not. Or where they belong.

Second question I have is in regards to the small block mechanical fuel pump. Im having trouble finding a rebuild kit. Do i try and rebuild or buy new. Do they make them any more? Ive seen replacement from $50-$160. I dont care about the price just want to know its a quality part. It calls for pump number 861678A1.

Thank you all in advance!

Im all for electric fuel pumps where they make sense, however a mechanical fuel pump is nearly bullet proof.
