I had motor started a couple of weeks ago. Had no issue with starting. My ignition switch went out. Replaced ignition and would not start. I have spark at all 6 spark plugs. Gave the motor a shot of starting fluid. Motor fired right off and died. Had fuel in the carb bowls. Pulled the cover off the front of carbs, cranked the motor and could not see any fuel coming in. Should I be looking towards a fuel pump or at a carb issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

first off do NOT use starting fluid on an outboard. Use premixed fuel in a squirt bottle. If you are not getting fuel I would do a good carb cleaning. you can remove your fuel line going to the carbs from the pump and pump bulb till fuel comes out then crank engine and you should see fuel coming out in spurts. that means fuel pump is ok.

I removed the line off of the top carb and it does squirt of fuel. It isn't much. Could fuel pump be getting weak?

possible...it should squirt out pretty good. But it will squirt in pulses, not a steady stream. I would still clean the carb bowl and needle valve and high speed jets out. a rebuild fuel pump kit is not too much money.
