1987 PRO V 150 H Carb Setting

I have a 1987 yamaha Pro v 150 i just took the carbs off and cleaned them they seem fine but i need to know how to set the floats, and how many turns out is the normal setting or a good starting point on the air screws. With the floats set and the air screws at a good starting point(HOW DO I DETERMINE WHICH WAY I NEED TO TURN THE SCREWS AND SHOULD ALL 6 AIR SCREWS BE TURNED THE SAME WAY.
