That's all you get! The boat is no more than a hull supporting the motor. EVERYTHING placed in the hull or on the hull is probably made by other companies.
If you are lucky to find a "boat" manual it contains mostly safety info on proper loading and unloading

not very detailed at all.
The Spectrum is an aluminum hull..... I would visit the restoration section if any of the wood is showing signs of rot, waterlogging or weakness. Check carefully for salt corrosion too.
There are many of us here addicted to the aluminum hulls and you will find lots of good information.
Boat being "new" to you? I would change the impellar and the lower unit oil. My main concern would be the maintenance on the motor.
Be aware that the weather raises hell with anything elecrical too. You might have to start removing, clean and re-install many of the electrical connections.
